Subscription Management Policy for Dr Tass HAIR Products

Our hair care range is available via subscription, ensuring you never miss a dose of our advanced treatments. With a subscription, you'll receive automatic deliveries every three months, based on your selected duration and frequency.


Billing & Payment:

  • By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments until cancellation. 

  • Payment failures may result in delayed shipments or suspension of your subscription. 

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note:

  • If you cancel during an active three-month subscription period, you will not receive a refund for the remaining period.
  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, we recommend cancelling at least 5 business days before your next billing date. 
  • Cancellations must be completed through your subscription management portal.

Managing Your Subscription:

  • Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order and to your subscription management portal.
  • The subscription management portal allows you to modify, pause or cancel your subscription as needed.
