You will need to present a valid ID matching the order name as well as the order number. If you are authorising someone else to pick-up on your behalf, please send their name to email@example.com with the corresponding order number and they will need to provide their valid ID.

We aim to provide the highest service levels to all our clients and patients, whether they are in clinic or online. Although we cannot guarantee we are able to make any changes to your order, and cannot make any changes if your order has already shipped, however if we are still processing your order you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, email address associated with the order, and the changes you would like to make and we will advise you the best course of action to get that completed.
We will process a refund and/or exchange if the following conditions are met Product has faulty packaging that prevents use AND we are notified within 7 days of you receiving the product (receipt based on tracking information)

Beyond the descriptions and skin type and condition recommendations that you will find on each product page, our experienced and helpful Dermal Therapist are available by phone and for in person skin consults in our clinics 6 days a week. Give us a call at 03 9908 3737 to speak with us so we can address your specific skin concerns and discuss product recommendations or set up an appointment time for a skin consult and you can receive a full treatment plan to ensure your skin goals are achieved.
Though our products are generally recommended for most skin types, including sensitive skin, if you have not used our products, we recommend you undergo a skin consult with one of our experienced Dermal Therapists before you place your order.
Additionally, you should always patch test new products before introducing to a larger section (for example on your neck or forearm) and you should introduce new products one by one to understand your skins reaction to each one.
If you do have an adverse reaction, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of product at email@example.com, with your order number, description of the problem, include photos of the issue, and product should be no more than ¼ used. We will then revert back with a resolution.
Every skin concern and skin condition is different and therefore each person can expect results in varying timelines. However, if you are consistent and use the products as instructed, you should begin to see results in 30-60 days and improved results after 120 days. You should avoid products with Salicylic acid and Vitamin A during pregnancy. Our products that contain these are Daily A repair and Vitamin A Plus.
