Refund policy

RETURN POLICY 

We will process a refund and/or exchange if the following conditions are met

1. Product has faulty packaging that prevents use
AND
2. we are notified within 7 days of you receiving the product (receipt based on tracking information) 


We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind.  

How to submit a return/exchange request: 

If the above conditions are met, to initiate a return/exchange request please send an email to orders@drtass.com.au with the following information:

  1. Order number & email address that corresponds to the order 
  2. Description of the issue (attached photos of the issue will expedite processing)
  3. Once reviewed and approved, we will then provide a shipping label to you to send the product back to us and we will ship out a new product to you.  
  4. If you would like to request a refund, please include that request in the email.  Refunds will be given to the credit card that was used when purchasing the product. 
  5. We will cover the cost of shipping for replacement shipment and return in these rare circumstances.
