Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
We will process a refund and/or exchange if the following conditions are met
1. Product has faulty packaging that prevents use
AND
2. we are notified within 7 days of you receiving the product (receipt based on tracking information)
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If the above conditions are met, to initiate a return/exchange request please send an email to orders@drtass.com.au with the following information:
- Order number & email address that corresponds to the order
- Description of the issue (attached photos of the issue will expedite processing)
- Once reviewed and approved, we will then provide a shipping label to you to send the product back to us and we will ship out a new product to you.
- If you would like to request a refund, please include that request in the email. Refunds will be given to the credit card that was used when purchasing the product.
- We will cover the cost of shipping for replacement shipment and return in these rare circumstances.
